Hi! I'm Amanda Mathieu, the Diabetes Nurse Educator and I am also a Certified Diabetes Educator.

I can help you understand diabetes, and help you manage your diabetes. We can discuss other health issues as they relate to diabetes. Our office is client centered and focused on supporting self-management. I will provide ongoing education, care and support to you and your family as necessary. I have been a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years. I joined the Diabetes Education Centre on January 2/08. Prior to that, I worked at the West Parry Sound Health Centre in a variety of roles and settings.
